I'm Mel, a Creative Lead and Senior Digital Designer with 9+ years shaping brand identity, design systems, and creative production for global tech companies. I've collaborated with Nethermind, Telos Foundation, and The Stepstone Group, leading design across branding, UX, campaigns, and product.

Alongside my design practice, I work as a creative project manager: structuring workflows, coordinating teams, and aligning creative execution with strategic goals. I work best at the intersection of strong craft and clear process.
